Because the wheels of these small cars all have rubber, being subjected to heavy pressure in one position for a long time can deform them, affecting accuracy and stability when used again. Do not continue to place the unused welding wires of carbon dioxide welding machines and submerged arc welding machines on the wire feeder or trolley. Wrap them well to avoid surface oxidation.
Here, it is important to emphasize the antifreeze problem of welding machines: the secondary winding of such welding machines is bent with copper pipes, and the cooling water accumulated at the bottom must be cleaned to prevent the copper pipes from freezing and cracking. The commonly used method is to first blow out the water with compressed air, then electrically heat and dry it for an appropriate period of time, and then store it.
